To whom it may concern.

The International Goju Kai Karate do Federation Italia, (I.K.G.A. Italia)was officially formed in July 2009, on the request of the President of the I.K.G.A Seiko Shihan G.Yamguchi, and Vice president and European Block Director Hanshi Ingo de Jong.

The organization, under the leadership of a board of Directors, consisting of:
Senseis Luciano Masci, Mario Laurini and Ignazio Costarelli, has been formed in order to supervise the future development of Go Ju kai karate Do in Italy.

The aim of the organization is twofold.

One: To promote and develop the ideals as well as technical skills of Yamaguchi Goju Kai Karate Do throughout Italy, in accordense with the aims and principles of the I.K.G.A.

Two: To gather up and unify the various Dojo's and practitioners of Goju Kai karate Do throughout Italy into a single and coherent movement.

The I.K.G.A. Italia is affiliated to the European as well as to the International H.Q. in Tokyo Japan.

The I.K.G.A. Italia is therefore the only organization in Italy which is officialy recognized by the above mentioned organizations.

The rights and duties of I.K.G.A Italia are in accordense with the rules and regulations as stipulated in the organizational structure of the I.K.G.A in Europe and Japan.
